Texas Spring is synonymous with sunny skies, cool breeze, and fresh flavorful fruits. A “Not-So-Boring” way to elevate these is to make fresh smoothies. Which I prefer over juices, as they contain all goodness of fibers. You can make these, with a mix of fruits you like, and all you really need is a high-speed blender. This smoothie recipe is a perfect blend of blueberries, pineapple, fresh ginger, mint, and a hint of honey. This antioxidant-rich, vitamin-C enriched cleansing drink is perfect for any diet. You can blend in some yogurt to add protein to it and make it a wholesome meal.
